Reservations
Policy:
Attendance at any Washington Wine Academy event is
based on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will make every
effort to accommodate all guests, but there are times when
an event might be full and we will not be able to accept
further reservations. All reservations are prepaid with
a major credit card or check.
If you choose to make your reservation via e-mail and pay
with a check, please send your payment to our office as
soon as possible in order to guarantee your reservation.
Payment Policy:
Payment
must be by credit card, PayPal (or check in advance of the
event). If you wish to register for an event, simply do
so on the public
events page.
Note: Washington Wine Academy prefers payment by PayPal.
If you have any questions, contact Jim
Barker or call our office at (703) 971-1525.
If paying by check, mail payment to:

Refusal of Service:
Washington Wine Academy events are open to all attendees
of legal drinking age. However, Washington Wine Academy
has the right to refuse service to anyone. Furthermore,
in order to ensure the safety and happiness of all our guests,
attendees will be asked to leave should they conduct themselves
in an unbecoming manner including, but not limited to, intoxication,
harassment, verbal or physical assault on any guest or Washington
Wine Academy associate.
Attendance Policy:
Washington Wine Academy welcomes all people 21-years
or over to attend our events. However, we will be checking
the identification of all guests to determine if they are
of legal drinking age. If a guest is unable to show proof
of age, they will not be able to attend the event and no
refund will be issued.
Cancellation Policy:
The Washington Wine Academy is a small business and has
a no refund policy for tickets purchased for events
and classes less than fourteen days of the actual event.
Meaning - IF you purchase more
than 14 days before the event and wish to cancel (and
the current date is still more than 14 days out from the
event) - merely notify us via email (we will reply back
to confirm receipt of email) and we will promptly issue
refund. Event purchases made less than two weeks
of the event are not eligible for refund. If you
make a purchase in error and you contact us within
24 hours, we can issue a refund. This clause is
not valid within 72 hours of actual event.
No refunds for any partial use of a class
or session either. We prefer all charges take place over
PayPal. The Washington Wine Academy no refund policy cannot
be voided due to any dealings with PayPal. Use of PayPal
button indicates you understand the policies of the Washington
Wine Academy. We appreciate your business.
If you have any questions about any of our
policies, please feel free to contact Jim
Barker or call our office at (703) 971-1525.
If you would like to be notified of changes in our schedule
